Spring is in full bloom in the UK, and April is the perfect time to appreciate the beauty of nature. With longer days and milder temperatures, there are many opportunities to get outside and notice the changing landscape. Embrace the April showers by jumping in puddles and taking a moment to breathe in the fresh, rain-washed air. You can also bring a little bit of nature into your everyday life by changing your phone background to a picture of one of your favourite places, whether it's a park, a beach, or a forest. I've gone for a little spot at the beach where I like to go wild swimming! Take time to notice the vibrant flowers and budding trees as they come into full view, and soak up all the wonders that nature has to offer in this beautiful month. A reminder that you can take a nature break wherever you are, there's always nature around. With spring just around the corner it's going to be even easier for us to take notice. On these past cold mornings I've noticed some natural art; where the sun has melted the frost surrounding the trees, the frost has added icy leaves to the branches of its shadow, beautiful!

Have you felt a chill in the air yet? I hope you've got your warm hats and coats ready for the chillier months! A clear nights sky and a morning full of frost are two of my favourite winter events. I've already used some mud to make a medallion. It looks quite festive hung amongst the branches of a tree. When it rains and it washes away, it's a good excuse to make another!
